"Helmet was fine, but the packaging worried me"
When the box showed up all crushed and barely held together with tape, I got nervous that I’d been fooled or sent some returned item. Thankfully the helmet itself looked okay, but the beat-up packaging definitely didn’t give me a great first impression

"Our Team Helmet Order Was Frustrating"
I ordered school helmets for our team and the whole experience ended up being stressful. The helmets arrived later than expected, which caused issues on our end, and when I tried reaching out for updates, support barely responded. I really wanted this to go smoothly, but it felt like I had to chase answers the whole time

"I bought this helmet last season…"
I bought this helmet last season and after just a few games the padding already started peeling. The fit was actually fine, so I thought I was set, but then the quality issues showed up and it felt like the goalposts moved from “does it fit?” to “will it even hold up?” it just comes across as kind of cheap for something that should last longer

"Facemask fit my helmet right away"
I put the facemask on my helmet and everything lined up right away. The clips and visor fit like they should, with no weird adjustments or fighting with it. those fitting issues always feel preventable, so it was nice not having to deal with any of that here.

"Shipping was fast, so I guess I worried for nothing"
I ordered from riddell.com and, i was ready to be annoyed if they dragged their feet, but the shipping was quicker than I expected. They sent tracking right away, the box showed up in good shape, and there weren’t any weird delays or headaches. So yeah, I’m blaming myself for expecting a mess, because the whole thing was actually smooth

There were a lot of options to choose from, which I liked, and overall it was easy to use. I don’t have much patience for confusing stuff, so I was glad I could figure it out without wasting a bunch of time.

"My order was mostly right, with one small mix-up"
I placed an order on riddell.com and was excited when the package showed up. I opened everything up and most of it was exactly what I picked, so that was good. But then I got to one item and realized it wasn’t quite the one I had chosen. It wasn’t a huge problem or anything, just a little frustrating after waiting for it to arrive. Shipping itself was totally fine, though, and the rest of the order was good

I found the Riddell helmet I was looking for quickly, and they actually had more options than I expected. I’m always a little skeptical about needing help from customer service if something goes wrong, but the selection itself was solid.

"Parts are available, but it takes some digging"
Not gonna lie, it’s nice that riddell has repair and replacement parts available, especially if you already know exactly what you’re looking for. I was able to find a few basic items without too much hassle.
That said, some parts were either hard to track down or out of stock, and the product info felt a little limited in places. It’s not a bad experience overall, I just wish getting replacements was a bit quicker and easier

"Surprisingly easy return and warranty help"
I had to return a helmet and later reached out about some warranty questions. i was a little suspicious at first because returns usually turn into a whole thing, but support got back to me quickly and made it painless. No runaround, no weird hoops to jump through, which I really appreciated.

"Site works, But could be easier"
I did end up finding the helmets and a few parts I was looking for, so the site definitely works. But the menus felt kinda clunky to me, and some pages loaded right away while others took a bit longer than expected.

Checkout was Fine once I got there, and the product info was decent enough. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, just not the smoothest either. A cleaner layout would make it way easier to use.

"Solid helmet, but the fit is a bit tight"
I mean, the helmet feels solid overall, so that part is good. But yeah, the fit was kinda tighter than I expected, and after wearing it for a while it started getting a little uncomfortable around the sides. It’s not terrible or anything, I just wish the padding felt a bit better. Shipping was fine though, no issues there.
